Idiosyncratic ingredients…

… that you may or may not be familiar with but which Indians in different parts of the country use in their meals. This like so many others is a page in constant progress. Maybe this page should precede a few of the others that have come before it, but like the title it bears, it’s writer is idiosyncratic and it fits my narrative flow better here anyhow.

Amchur – dried mango powder
