Use an already prepared dough (puff or brisée)
Put it in the pan you want to use
Prick the whole surface with a fork
Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on the bottom of the quiche
Cover with 200g of grated cheese (Swiss, cheddar… any kind you like )
Cut enough zucchini in round slices to cover the whole surface of the quiche.
Slice finely some fresh mint and sprinkle on the surface
Crumble some feta on the whole surface
Whisk together 3 eggs and 300ml of cream pour on the quiche
Bake for 45min in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
